The mission of the Hall-Mercer Community Behavioral Health Center of Pennsylvania Hospital is to provide high quality and comprehensive outpatient mental health and mental retardation services and to promote good behavioral health. 
 
Provides services to Philadelphia adults, children and families, with special emphasis on those most in need, including individuals who are poor and have severe and chronic mental illness and/or mental retardation, as well as individuals from underserved segments of the community, such as those who are homeless.
 
Services include a Crisis Response Center; Adult and Child Outpatient Services; Targeted Case Management, including a Southeast Asian Program; Homeless Outreach Services;  Student Assistance Program; Therapeutic Day Programs for Children; Home-School Connection Program; Mental Retardation Day Program, Supports Coordination, Intensive Case Management and Core Team Services.
